Our goal is to make the entire planning experience seamless and enjoyable by providing a streamlined and transparent process while customizing our approach to meet our clients’ unique needs. We take on a limited number of events every year to give each client the most personalized experience possible.

 
 
 

1. Full Service Planning & Design

If you’ve built a house before, you know that it requires a lot of time & dedication and can feel like a full time job. Our clients come to us because a beautiful and well thought-out wedding or event is important to them, but due to their busy work schedules and lifestyles they just don’t have the time to commit to the full planning process.

We work with you to understand your vision, story and priorities to build a solid foundation that informs every decision and design element of the event. From developing the budget, designing the entire atmosphere and guest experience to sourcing the finest vendor team to bring it all to life - we are there from start to finish managing every little detail so you can be fully present and just enjoy your day, no matter how intimate or extravagant the celebration.

2. Wedding & Event Design

Your story, told through the atmosphere and curated details of the day.

 
 

Our goal is for your event to capture the essence of your story in an elegant and timeless way.

Gleaning inspiration from the venue, your visions and personal aesthetic, we curate original concepts and create a detailed design plan that incorporates all aspects of the day. From invitations, table linens, flatware & china, to bespoke floral installations, custom lighting and specialty furniture, our team will source every design element to ensure your event is one-of-a-kind. Once all design vendors and aspects are sourced and secured, our team then hands off for our clients, or their month of coordinator, to execute on the day.

Quoted by hourly rate based on the scope of the event.

 Our Process

Phase 1 | Research

We start the event planning process by getting to know you and digging deep to truly understand your goals, objectives and priorities for your milestone event day. In this phase, we’ll establish your guest list and identify your budget from all of the stakeholders involved.

After an in-depth interview, we’ll move to venue searching and location discovery, in order to find the space that best fits your event vision, scale & scope. 

Phase 2 | Planning & Logistics

The house won’t fall if the bones are good, and for this reason we start by building a solid foundation for your day, before we begin the design process.

In this phase, we work to build a team of key event partners (Catering & Beverage, Photographer, Videographer, Entertainment, Accommodations & Travel) who are experienced, passionate & trustworthy. We’ll also work to create an initial timeline for the day, while keeping your guest experience at the forefront of every decision.

Phase 3 | Design

Telling your story through the design details is what makes your wedding your own. Our goal is for your event to be a true representation of who you are. By pushing boundaries to curate original concepts we are able to create a cohesive design plan that showcases your story through all aspects of the day.

From invitations, table linens, flatware & china, to bespoke floral installations, custom lighting and specialty furniture, our team will pull together the perfect creative team and oversee the entire process after we get your stamp of approval. 

Phase 4 | Production & Execution

In this phase our team is in full-out production mode, triple checking orders, contracts & timelines. We’re over-communicating with our team of partners  ensuring that a seamless load in, set up and tear down plan is set.

On the event day, we know it takes a village to produce and execute seamless events, and make sure that our team of 6-10+ coordinators is in place to oversee every aspect of the day. We’ll be there to manage the execution from start to finish, allowing you & your family to feel like guests at your wedding; and enjoy and experience all of the special moments and beautiful little details.
