Agata Craig

Founder, Creative Director & Floral Designer

After graduating from Central Michigan University, Agata began her career in London, planning events for a financial publishing company. Her strong work ethic and unwavering eye for detail quickly earned her an event manager position in New York City, where she went on to complete her education in Event Management from New York University. Three years of managing corporate conferences and special events later, Agata found her way back to her midwest roots in southeast Michigan. Desiring to make an impact, she joined the University of Michigan's events team, planning development fundraisers, presidential dinners and university ceremonies. After planning her own wedding in 2012, she decided to put her skills and experience to the test and established Take A Seat Events, now Ines & Marie. Agata is the Co-Owner, Floral Director, and head designer of I&M. She is the face behind our Instagram account and thrives when she finds the perfect song to go along her reel. She is the master of flatlays, floral recipes, and dreaming up installations. Agata is a mom of three, the team fashionista, and loves her Aperol Spritz. She lives in neutrals, athleisure wear, and baseball hats. When she’s not flowering, Agata and her husband, Chris, are in the process of renovating their lakefront cottage on Cedar Lake, MI! Justyna Payne

Co-founder, Creative Director & Graphic Designer

J ustyna is inherently creative and talented, but she also packs a powerful professional punch with degrees in Event Management, Interpersonal Communications and Media Production & Design from Central Michigan University. Shortly after graduating college, she relocated to London where she managed integrated marketing campaigns on an international level. After three years abroad, she moved home to Michigan and accepted a position as a Creative Project Manager with an in-house agency in Detroit. In 2013, she joined forces at Ines & Marie with her sister, Agata, to pursue her passion for event planning. Justyna is the Co-Owner, Creative Director, and Head of Operations at Ines and Marie. She is a master of mood boards, floor plans, and packs a UHAUL like a perfect game of Tetris. Justyna is the team comedian and an old soul...literally... She even has a vintage stamp collection. As a Taurus and Enneagram 7, she is all about setting the perfect aesthetic, feeling all of the feels, and planning her next project or travel adventure. She can bring the house down singing Shoop at karaoke night, is typically always wearing a hat or statement earring, and makes a mean espresso martini. When she’s not working and designing, Justyna is enjoying the precious moments of family life with her toddler, Adeline and Mini Aussiedoodle, Lola, whilst wanderlusting with her husband Jason on what big dreams or adventures to take on next!

Chelsey CAVANAUGH

Event Manager & Designer

Chelsey is the Event Manager & Designer at Ines and Marie. She has been a part of the I&M team for nearly a decade and is the face behind all things vendor communication, contracts and rentals. Chelsey is a timeline master, logistics queen, and guides our couples through planning all aspects of their day.

She can't resist a spicy marg, loves her morning Barre classes and lives for impromptu weekend getaways. She'll never turn down an opportunity to dance -- especially when "September" is played. Chelsey loves to spend time with her husband Colin in the little bungalow they've renovated with their sweet labradoodle, Lucy.

Emra Latic-Pasovic

Accounts Manager & Designer

Emra is the Accounts Manager & Designer at Ines and Marie.  She loves bringing her favorite people together in a beautiful way, which led her to chase her passions and become a permanent member of the team in February 2021. Emra can name a fashion brand or piece just by taking one look at it. She is a people person and the first touch base contact when you inquire with us!

She is Sex and the City obsessed. A sucker for a good thunderstorm. And loves to travel. She loves Jo Malone candles, espresso martinis, and coffee table books. In her free time, Emra loves to spend time with her husband Mirza and golden doodle Maya.

Katherine ViDAURRI

Studio Manager & Floral Designer

Katherine is the Studio Manager & Floral Designer at Ines and Marie. Having a background in event planning and a degree in Fine Arts, Katherine has a knack for organization and problem solving (I’m looking at you.. flower substitutes!) She is the team peace maker and the truly, the team sweetie.

Katherine lives in downtown Detroit with her husband, Jackson. She loves bike rides, checking out new spots around the city, Home Editing (hence the Studio Manager title) and cooking. Her favorite way to start the day is with a barre class and end it with a glass of wine!

Breanna Bartley

Event Coordinator & Designer

Breanna is the Event Coordinator & Designer at Ines and Marie. Her background in teaching a middle school classroom led her to be the perfect fit handling all things bridal party (I’m looking at you drunk groomsmen!) She is Chelsey's right hand woman and tackles logistics on the day-of like a true pro!

Breanna loves music concerts and has even gone to over 200 of them! Her favorite band is the Maine, and she has attended over twenty of their shows. She is the trivia queen of the group, and is fiercely competitive - we like to joke that she practices daily just to outwit the team. In her free time, Bre loves spending time outdoors with her husband James and their adorable lab Leo.
